Less time in the city night to Sunday
– You are in town ? We remind you that the watch must be presented this evening, the police said at 1 a.m. on Sunday.
At 02:00, the clock must be advanced one hour. This means that the service in Norwegian pubs will end there, i.e. at 03:00 in the summer.
On the pages of the Department of Health it is called:
“During daylight saving time, the clock is advanced from 02.00 to 03.00. Pubs which, by license, have a term of service until 02.00 or later, must close the casting at the time when the clock is displayed, i.e. at 02:00. The time is then 03:00 according to the new time.”
– So it’s perfectly fine to go home. PS: we haven’t made the rules, so there’s no point in discussing it with the police, writes the Western police headquarters in conclusion.
According to Operations Manager Eivind Hellesund at the Western Police District, they have encountered several drunken Bergens who do not understand that the burden of the night is suddenly getting a little shorter.
– A patrol took care of two people who asked about it and who, of course, had already had their dose of liquid. Regardless of what the police explained, they didn’t understand anything, Hellesund told TV 2.
