This will be the third meeting of the Polish national team in the second group stage of the World Cup. Start at 8:30 p.m. at the Atlas Arena in Łódź.

Poland playing for their promotion to the Volleyball World Championships

Many people wrote to Biało-Czerwony for a defeat against the Americans. After all, they are the current Olympic champions from Tokyo. But Stefan Lavarini’s team showed the will to fight and achieved the impossible. You will need the exact same position against Canada. All this because the Canadians are just behind the Poles in the standings and they are only two points behind our volleyball players.

The history of matches with Canada seems very optimistic for the Poles. The players of our country have always been winners of the last seven matches. Moreover, the Canadians could only achieve a tie-break once. The last time the two teams faced each other was in early June this year in the Nations League. Then the result was 3:1.

We remind you that four teams from both groups will qualify for the second group stage of the Volleyball World Championships. Currently, Poland is in 4th place. Ahead of them are the United States and Turkey (they both face each other on Friday before the Polish women’s match) and Serbia, who are defending the title of world champion.
