– It was not exactly what we expected to see on the road, Karoline Fagerelv (35) told Dagbladet.
It’s April 1 and Fagerelv and the family have been shopping for goods for the cabin trip.
The family of three drove on the E6 back to Skibotn’s cabin, and along the road there were several signs warning of moose on the road.
Northern Lights mentioned the topic first.
Appeared after 12 years: – Completely shaking
has been notified
But perhaps the signs should have warned otherwise, it turns out.
In the oncoming lane, a large trailer came and drove very slowly, Fagerelv said.
– He rolled down the window and said there was a bunch of pigs right behind it. We started smiling since April Fool’s Day, because we thought it was April Fool’s Day, she says.
They rolled, and when they were a little further, however, it became clear that this was absolutely no joke.
– Just a kilometer further, there were a lot of pigs on the road, says Fagerelv.
Fear of “super pigs”
jumped over the fence
The pigs ran between all the cars trying to navigate the E6.
– There was a bit of a queue, said Fagerelv.
The pigs belonged to a neighboring farm. For Northern Lights says the farm farmer that a total of 21 pigs managed to jump over a fence while feeding.
The farmer also says that they finally managed to get all the pigs inside. He does not wish to comment further on the matter.
Fagerelv says they had a good laugh.
– You might expect to see a moose or a fox, but not pigs, said Fagerelv.
