Polish volleyball players made a brilliant start to this year’s Nations League competition. During the tournament in Antalya, Turkey, they went from victory to victory. They beat Italy 3-0, France 3-0, Netherlands 3-0 and Japan 3-0. Four matches won, plenty of points and no sets lost. This gave the Poles the leading position in the standings after the first week of VNL 2024.

Two tournaments will be played during the second week of the Women’s Volleyball Nations League. The first in Macau, China, the second in Arlington, United States.
group 3 (Macau): Italy, Brazil, Netherlands, China, Dominican Republic, France, Japan, Thailand.
group 4 (Arlington): Turkey, Poland, United States, Serbia, Canada, Germany, Bulgaria, South Korea.
Polish volleyball players will play in Arlington, USA, where they won the bronze medal at VNL 2024 last year. They will face Serbia (Tuesday, May 28), South Korea (Thursday, May 30), Germany (Friday May 31) and the USA (Saturday June 1).
The VNL 2024 group stage competition is played from May 14 to June 16. During this period, each of the 16 teams will participate in three tournaments, during which they will play twelve matches. A total of six events will be held, with 96 matches played. The final phase will be organized from June 20 to 23 in Bangkok. The seven leading teams of the intercontinental phase and the host team (Thailand) will play there.
The Women’s Volleyball Nations League was organized for the first time in 2018, replacing the World Grand Prix organized in 1993-2017. Previous editions were won by teams from the United States (2018, 2019, 2021), Italy (2022) and Turkey (2023).
