The Polish youth volleyball team under 21 will play another match in the group stage of the world championships in this age category. This time, the White and Red team will face their peers from Canada. Live coverage and results on Polsatsport.pl.
At the tournament’s inauguration, the Poles faced an “exotic” volleyball rival: the Indian national team. The much weaker opponent only created a surprise in the third set, winning 25:20. In the remaining matches, our volleyball players did not allow the Indians to score even 20 points.

The Whites and the Reds still have one match in front of them at the World Cup in Bahrain. This time we will face Canada, who lost 1-3 to Bulgaria in the first match. The Maple Leafs players lost the first set by… 12, but they were close to the tie-break since in the fourth set they led 25:27.
The Canadians must make a splash and defeat the Poles if they want to extend their hopes of making it out of the group. The top two teams from the four groups will advance to the next phase.
The Poles have already faced the Canadians several times during the U21 World Championships. The last time was during the 2019 World Cup, where the Whites and Reds won 3-2.
