On July 30, Jenny Clemet von Tetzschner left the Ministry of Local Government and Modernization to become a political advisor in the Prime Minister’s office.

Jenny Clemet von Tetzschner becomes the new political advisor to the Prime Minister’s office in the middle of the election campaign. The most important task will be to contribute to the election victory.

It emerged on Friday that Jenny Clemet von Tetzschner will be appointed as the new political adviser to Prime Minister Erna Solberg from July 30. Tetzschner joined the government in 2018 as a political adviser to Nikolai Astrup and followed him from development minister to the country’s first digitalization minister and now minister of local government and modernization.

Tetzschner replaces party member Hannah Sumeja Atic, who is going on parental leave towards the end of the summer. According to the plan, the employment relationship will therefore last until May 12, 2022. But first, the elections must be won. Minerva spoke to Erna’s new advisor.
