Zelensky in Britain: – Leads to no good

This comes as part of Zelenskyi’s state visit to the country, which is only his second departure from Ukraine after Russia invaded the country in February last year.

At the press conference, the president said they depended on state-of-the-art equipment and help from allies to be able to protect their own forces.

– I think it is very important to understand that Russia has no sympathy for its own people. We have sympathy, we protect our people and we have to prepare them, not just throw them on the battlefield.

More rumors

Recently, there have been several rumors that Russia is showing great willingness to sacrifice its own forces to advance in the war.

In particular, soldiers recruited from Russian prisons to serve in the highly controversial Wagner Group were reportedly used as cannon fodder to expose Ukrainian positions.

The same willingness to sacrifice one’s own is thus suggested by Zelensky that Ukraine does not have, and heavier and more modern equipment is therefore needed to drive the occupying power out of the country.
