Hubert Hurkacz did not refer to results from previous years and ended his performance in the prestigious BNP Paribas Open 2023 tournament on hard courts in Indian Wells in the third round. In men’s singles, 16 players still have a chance of winning the title.

On Monday, Hubert Hurkacz faced American Tommy Paul. The 2023 Australian Open semi-finalist turned the tide of the duel with the Pole and won 4:6, 6:2, 6:4 (more here). Thus, the 26-year-old from Wrocław ended the struggle in Indian Wells in the third round.

The BNP Paribas Open 2023 tournament will take place without the participation of our masters in both singles and doubles. All fourth-round singles matches are scheduled for Tuesday.

They will play the quarter-finals the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, seeded, and the American Taylor Fritz, defending champion. The match between Danil Medvedev, undefeated for 16 matches, and the German Alexander Zverev promises to be interesting.
