The Italian national team improved the score from 1-2 to 3-2 in the match against the Dominican Republic. Canada secured a run of Nations League points in spectacular style.
The Polish national team won the Dominican Republic and Italy in the Women’s Nations League. This time the Caribbean team scared off Italy and after three sets they were leading 2:1. In the end, the European team turned out to be better and won 3:2. Italian volleyball players earned their third victory in the competition and approached the allocated places with promotion to the final tournament.
The Italians proved to be better than their opponents in the attacking element, and they also used the Dominicans’ mistakes more often. Sylvia Nwakalor scored the most – 21 points, for whom the biggest support was Miriam Sylla and Loveth Omoruyi Oghosasere and Anna Danesi.
The Canadian team spectacularly won 3:0 against Bulgaria. In not a single set, she did not allow her opponents to exceed the bar of 15 small points. The advantage of the North American players is indisputable and they successfully claim their third victory in the Nations League.

None of the Bulgarians managed to score double-digit points. On the Canadian side, Kiera Van Ryk, Hilary Howe and Alexa Gray have done it. The better team sometimes played at the net and did not give up a single game to the demolished rivals. Bulgaria’s losing streak has been extended to five.
