The Poles will start the competition at the Bahrain tournament with a confrontation with a rather exotic rival for volleyball, namely India. In addition, Bulgaria and Canada will also compete in our group. A total of 16 teams participate in the tournament. The top two teams will qualify from the group.

Before the start, the team led by Mateusz Grabda took part in a short training camp in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The Poles played two control games with the Netherlands, both won. Much of the current squad are the 2021 U-19 World Champions.
When it comes to U-21 matches, Poland have won gold three times. We were the best in the world in 1997, 2003 and 2017. Two years ago, from the tournament played in Italy and Bulgaria, the White-Reds brought back bronze medals.
