The Poles, as hosts of the final VNL tournament, have already secured their participation in it, but a good attitude in the main stage can significantly improve the morale of the team, which competes in an experimental composition. The Whites-Reds won their previous clash with Canada 3-0 and are unbeaten for four games. In total, they had nine wins and two losses.
Our volleyball players are in third place behind Japan and Italy, but Italy played one game more and ended the fight with a record of nine wins and three losses. The reigning world champions, along with the Japanese, Americans, Brazilians, Slovenians and Argentines, earned promotion to the final tournament, in which eight teams will participate. The Dutch, French and Serbs are still fighting for last place.
It should be noted that the Poles faced the Japanese twice on the social before the start of this year’s edition of the League of Nations. First the Asians proved better 3:2, and a day later the Whites and Reds 3:1.
