Theodor Barndon Helland (28) and Helena Haldorsen (23) both started on August 15 as communications advisers in the Bergen office.

Helland comes from the post of political scientist at the Civita think tank, where he still has a connection. He has a background in Norwegian politics and administration at local, regional and national level, and has visited the foreign service and exercised influence in the EU system.

Haldorsen comes from the position of head of the Welfare Council West, which is a composition of the student democracies of all educational institutions affiliated with Sammen (Student Samskipnaden på Westlandet).
Haldorsen also has a background in local politics in Bergen, where she is the head of the Bergenhus Arbeiderparti.
