At Roland Garros this year, it’s time to determine the finalists for the men’s competition. Friday’s hit will be the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic.

Carlos Alcaraz will face Novak Djokovic in the first Roland Garros semi-final. It will start at 2:45 p.m. at the Philippe Chatrier court at the earliest. The first-seeded Spaniard and the third-seeded Serbian took a confident step into the top four. Both are keen to take advantage of the absence of injured Rafael Nadal and triumph on Parisian clay.

Alcaraz is a big hope for the Spanish fans. He entered the Grand Slam tournament as the leader of the ATP rankings and after strong performances in previous events on clay. Before Roland Garros, Novak Djokovic was doing less well, but at a key moment in the season on clay, he is playing at the highest level.

On the same court, they will fight for second place in the Casper Ruud final with Alexander Zverev. Both tennis players won the quarter-finals in four sets. For the second consecutive season, the Norwegian faced Holger Rune in the Scandinavian duel. In turn, the German eliminated Tomas Martin Etcheverry. Ruud reached the Roland Garros final last season and Zverev has fought twice in the semi-finals so far.
