The Netherlands are Poland’s rivals at Euro 2024

The Netherlands I’m not at all interested at the moment. It’s a distant future. I am currently focusing on Ukraine and Turkey. I won’t talk about the Netherlands, the most important thing is the Polish team. First, we have friendly matches, Polish national team coach Michał Probierz said at a press conference on Thursday. The question was of course asked by a Dutch journalist.
However, we are interested in the “Oranje” because they are the first rivals that the white and red team will face in group D.
Euro 2024. Thursday, Memphis Depay and company faced Canada in Rotterdam. There were some problems, putting the opponent to sleep, but it ended in a big victory.
Netherlands crush Canada ahead of Euro 2024
The visiting team included, among others: Alphonso Davies and Jonathan David. The Canadians only bravely resisted in the first half. In the second half they were defeated – the hosts scored four goals. The scorers included Depay, Jérémie Frimpong, Wout Weghorst, introduced on the bench moments earlier, and Virgil van Dijk.
This was not the last test of the Orange team before the European Championships. On Monday, four days before the start of the tournament, they will face Iceland. Besides the Netherlands and Poland, France and Austria will also play in Group D.
