Among the 30 volleyball players who make up the wide squad of the Polish national team, Grbić will make another selection. Players selected by him will start training camp in Spała on May 8.

Grbić has until May 2 to submit a wide squad for this year’s Nations League. The Serbian coach does not rule out changes during the season.
Among the nominees are the biggest stars of the national team, such as Bartosz Kurek, Wilfredo Leon or Paweł Zatorski.

It should be noted that this year’s national team season is full of many important tournaments. In addition to the Nations League, which starts on June 7, the European Championships will also take place from August 28 to September 16 in Bulgaria, Israel, North Macedonia and Italy. Poland will play in Group C along with North Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Denmark.
From September 30 to October 8 will be held the qualifying tournament in China for next year’s Olympic Games in Paris. In Group C, the Biało-Czerwoni will face the hosts, as well as Argentina, the Netherlands, Canada, Mexico and Bulgaria. The top two teams will advance.
Back in the Nations League, Grbic’s men will first play in Nagoya, Japan, where they will meet France, Iran, Bulgaria and Serbia. Then they will move to Rotterdam, where the rivals will be Germany, the Netherlands, America and Italy. At the end of the pool round, the Biało-Czerwoni of Passay City in the Philippines will face Slovenia, Brazil, Canada and Japan.
The final tournament will be held in Gdańsk from July 19 to 23, the participation of the hosts is guaranteed.
