Speculation about the health of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov continues to bubble.
Ukrainian intelligence services said Kadyrov, nicknamed “Putin’s pitbull,” was seriously ill and in a coma.
However, on Sunday, dictator Kadyrov95’s Telegram channel published a video in which he appeared to respond to the rumors.
– I strongly recommend everyone who cannot distinguish the truth from lies on the Internet to take a walk outside in the fresh air and put their thoughts in order. The rain is wonderfully refreshing, Kadyrov says in the video.
It is unknown where and when it was filmed.

He claims he is dead
Half an hour after Kadyrov’s Telegram video was posted, exiled Chechen activist Abubakar Jangulbaev posted a terse message on Telegram claiming that Ramzan Kadyrov is dead.
There is a lot of activity outside the Kremlin hospital near Moscow on Sunday evening and afternoon. The Central Clinic is one of Russia’s leading hospitals and is used by Russia’s political elites.
The Telegram channel VchK-OGPU, known for its links to Russian security services, reports a significant presence of cars linked to Chechnya outside the hospital.
Abundant
According to the VchK-OGPU, a number of very expensive cars with the republic’s regional code 95 on their license plates were observed entering the hospital without being stopped by the hospital’s strict security guards.
Telegram channel sources claim that several of these cars could be linked to Kadyrov’s entourage and administration. The cars are registered in Grozny and Akhmat-yurt, the native village of the Kadyrov clan, in Chechnya.
One of them, a Mercedes-Benz with blue headlights on the roof, reportedly belonged to Chechnya’s Interior Ministry.

I followed the plane
Russian independent online newspaper Vjorstka spotted the private plane of Ramzan Kadyrov, who made three trips to Moscow in September.
On Friday, September 15, the plane took off from Grozny, the Chechen capital. According to the newspaper, the plane’s radar systems stopped sending tracks over the city of Volgograd.
This matches the route the plane took to get to Moscow.
Rumors of death
Also in June, Ramzan Kadyrov was reported to have been seriously ill. At the same time, it was claimed that Adam Delimkhanov, Kadyrov’s right-hand man and head of Chechen security services, should have died in the fighting in Ukraine.
On July 3, a video was published again in which the two pose together:
Ramzan Kadyrov has ruled Chechnya with an iron fist since 2007. Kadyrov and his regime are linked to numerous human rights violations.
His private army, commonly known as the Kadyrovites, is actively participating in Putin’s large-scale invasion war in Ukraine. Among other things, they were active during the Russian siege of the now-bombed Black Sea city of Mariupol.
