Bieber allegedly crashed the minivan with the four-wheeler, leading to a physical confrontation between the car’s owner and Bieber.
The 20-year-old is expected to appear in court later this month.
The singer is already on probation for two years, after being accused of vandalism for throwing eggs at a house.
Vandalism and drunk driving
But it wasn’t just vandalism that got the star in trouble this year, it also remained accused of drunk driving this summer.
The 20-year-old pop idol was stopped by police in Miami at the end of January, while racing in a yellow Lamborghini – in the other car was his friend Khalil Sharief.
