Over the past year, Meghan Markle (37) has gone from Hollywood star to British duchess.

Through several representational assignments, she has proven to be a breath of fresh air in the royal family, and the first 100 days as a duchess have been full of experiences and milestones for the beautiful wife of Prince Harry ( 34 years old).

The new existence began with the dream wedding on May 19, and three days later, Meghan and Harry appeared together for the first time as a married couple at Prince Charles’ 70th birthday celebration at the palace of Buckingham.

Postponed the honeymoon to participate in the celebration

– The fact that they postponed the honeymoon is a strong indication that Meghan wants to impress and show herself as a hardworking member of the royal family, wrote the Daily Express.

It was also the first time Meghan was addressed as Her Royal Highness in public.

Shortly after the anniversary celebration, the newlyweds went on their honeymoon.

It’s unclear where the two men traveled, but the website TMZ previously wrote that the honeymoon went to Canada.

– We were told the Prince and Duchess would be traveling to Alberta, Canada and staying at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Here they will live in the 550 square meter “Outlook” cabin, also called “The Royal Retreat,” they wrote. There has also been speculation about their presence in Namibia.

After a quiet, secret honeymoon, the couple returned in early June to attend a gala dinner in Kensington, as well as Queen Elizabeth’s grand 92nd birthday celebration, and took part in the annual Trooping the Color parade .

Meghan also made her palace balcony debut when she and the rest of the royal family watched the spectacular air show outside Buckingham Palace.

In addition to the royal birthday celebrations, Meghan made her first official trip as a member of the royal family, when she and Harry visited Ireland. She has participated in numerous charity events alongside Prince Harry and other members of the British royal family.

– Waiting for a pregnancy announcement

After their honeymoon, the summer months were hectic for the newlyweds, but after attending the wedding of Prince Harry’s childhood friend, Charlie Van Straubenzee and his wife, Daisy Jenks, on August 4 , they had a few weeks to themselves.

They are now back at work and have an eventful fall ahead of them. Many expect Meghan and Harry to announce a pregnancy sometime this year, but People magazine can already reveal they have gained a new addition to their family.

According to the website, the couple has a small Labrador puppy who takes up a lot of their time.

And maybe there will be some good news for baby during the year…
