In a week, the British streaming world will be available in the Nordics.
BritBox is a streaming service that offers an extensive collection of British entertainment and is a collaboration between British television companies BBC and ITV.
The streaming service is available through TV 2 Play in Norway.
Thursday, in a week, BritBox International will be launched in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Available in eight countries
– New original titles, in addition to the wide offer in several genres and good TV classics, is a powerful combination that has contributed to BritBox now having more than 2.5 million subscribers worldwide. Now millions of new fans in the Nordics have access to Britain’s most established names and stars in entertainment through BritBox, Reemah Sakaan, CEO of BritBox International, said in a press release on Thursday.
The launch means that thousands of hours of UK content, critically acclaimed BritBox Originals, exclusive new series and a wide range of TV classics, will be available to Norwegian viewers.
With the launch in the Nordics, the streaming company expands its international presence to eight countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia and South Africa.
