– It is with a heavy heart that I must share the terrible news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us, Priscilla Presley said in a message to People magazine.
– She was the most passionate, strongest and most loving woman I have ever known, she said.
News of the death comes just hours after Priscilla Presley confirmed her daughter had been taken to hospital with cardiac arrest.

Had a cardiac arrest
Ex-husband Danny Keough reportedly performed CPR on Presley until the ambulance arrived. The two lived together in Calabasas near Los Angeles after their son, Benjamin Keough, died in 2020.
The paramedics who were called must have managed to restart his heart. She was then taken to a local hospital, where a few hours later it was confirmed that she had died.
Lisa Marie was born in 1968, nine months after her parents married. After their separation at the age of four, she lived with her mother in Los Angeles.
She was also for many periods with her father at his Graceland property in Memphis, Tennessee.

At the Golden Globes
Lisa Marie lost her father when she was only nine years old. Along with her grandparents, she inherited the Graceland property.
At the Golden Globe Awards earlier this week, Lisa Marie Presley was on hand with her mother and three of her children when actor Austin Butler was honored for his role in the movie ‘Elvis’.
In her acceptance speech, Butler warmly greeted Lisa Marie and her mother.
– I also want to thank the Presley family. Thanks people. Thank you for opening your hearts, minds and homes to me. “Lisa Marie and Priscilla, love you forever,” Butler said Tuesday.
“Elvis” chronicles the life of the rock legend from the start of his career until his death at the age of 42.

Married to Michael Jackson
Lisa Marie Presley was a musician herself and released three albums. One of those sold for gold in the United States.
In 2007, she released a new version of the classic “In the Ghetto”, where she sang “together” with her father Elvis, who originally released the song in 1969.
She married four times, among others with the artist Michael Jackson and the shoemaker Nicolas Cage. She was looking for three children, including Swedish actor Riley Keough, who starred in the films “Mad Max: Fury Road” and “American Honey.”
