Canada Soccer has opened its doors registration for its 2024 advanced coaching training program.

The 2024 workshop offerings will include the following:

• Diploma for children – East (Ontario), West (British Columbia), Quebec (delivery in French)
• Goalkeeper diploma
• Diploma B – Ontario (x2), Quebec (delivered in French), Prairies (delivered in Saskatchewan and Manitoba), British Columbia
• A degree

Applicants must hold a valid C license from Canada Soccer to be eligible for Advanced Coaching Program courses. The 2024 Coach Education Program is delivered through a combination of in-person training (classroom and on-field), independent (asynchronous) and collaborative (synchronous) online learning, and mentor-supported learning.

The application window for the Advanced Coach Education program is open until March 31, 2024.

About the Canada Soccer Coaching Education Program
​The Canada Soccer Coaching Education Program includes the Basic Coaching Education Program which trains coaches after completing workshops tailored to the age and stage of the players they work with and the Advanced Coaching Education Program of Canada Soccer which offers coaches the Canada Soccer coaching training programs for children, Goalkeeper, C, B and A diplomas at the end of their training. Coaches who possess the skills specific to the diploma receive a license valid for three (3) years.
