Have confidence in success

– It’s really cool!, » shouts Aksel Hennie in a cracked Easter phrase. – We hope to meet as many people as possible, so it’s very rewarding when the film is highlighted in a positive way in a new country.

Hennie believes that it is difficult to predict how successful “Max Manus” will be, but he believes that he has a good chance of succeeding, also on the other side of the Atlantic.

– I don’t know the Canadian public well enough to predict how they will appreciate the film, but I generally think that “Max Manus” is such a universal film that it could be a hit everywhere.

A universal film

Max Manus grossed NOK 95 million in Norwegian cinemas, and with success on the American continent it could soon achieve more NOK at the box office. Hennie thinks the film has qualities that make it interesting for other countries as well.

– It has a message that most people can relate to and is probably an obvious strong pointHennie explains before the connection is severed and the Easter holidays take over.
