The Polish volleyball team takes part in the qualifying tournament for the 2024 Olympic Games

12 teams will participate in the Olympic volleyball tournament at the Paris 2024 Games.
France is guaranteed a share as a host. The competition concerns 11 vacant places. The 24 best ranked teams in the FIVB ranking will participate in 3 qualifying tournaments which will take place in China, Japan and Poland. The top 2 teams from each will win Olympic passports. After the qualification tournaments, 5 places will remain, which will be allocated according to the FIVB ranking.

Polish volleyball players begin to compete for the Olympic Games.
8 teams will take part in the qualifying tournament in Łódź from September 16 to 24, but only the top 2 teams will qualify.

The Poles will start their competition with a match against Slovenia.
In theory, the most difficult matches await coach Stefano Lavarini’s team in the final days of the tournament. On Saturday September 24, the hosts will face UNITED STATESand the next day with the team Italian. Will Polish volleyball players participate in the Olympic Games tournament for the fourth time in their history?

Broadcasts on Polsat Sport and TVP channels
Each day of the tournament there will be 4 matches in each of the 3 countries, giving a total of 12 matches per day (excluding Monday, which is a public holiday). Most matches will be broadcast on the channels Polsat Sportswhile TVP Sport will also feature Polish women’s matches.
