The short version

Folloban had to close a week after opening in December last year. For what? The Bane Nor board of directors also asked the question. They therefore ordered PWC to produce a separate report and an external investigation.

But it wasn’t enough. Transport Minister Jon-Ivar Nygård (Ap) also wanted to shed light on what was wrong. A third report has emerged.
